Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Cardiac Sciences program, including the Cardiac Navigation Team. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments according to procedures, process referrals, maintain wait lists, perform data entry, review data for quality assurance standards, generate reports, generate and distributes patient correspondence and follow up on outstanding documents. In addition, overall operational support for the Cardiac Science program, including payroll is the part of the roles and responsibilities of the administrative assistant.

Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of an Administrative Profession Program diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 3 years experience working in an acute setting, in the last 5 years required Connect Care experience required Excellent MS Office (including Outlook, Work, and Excel) skills required ePeople experience, including Timekeeping, required Only applicants with a submitted resume will be considered
Preferred Qualifications:Strong ability to work independently and problem solve as needed; identify when a concern/issue requires escalation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to self direct and work under minimal supervision.
