Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of a recognized medical or business post-secondary administrative program at the diploma level required. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience within Addiction and Mental health within AHS. Proficiency with the Connect care system and Microsoft office programs. Excellent interpersonal, prioritization and communication skills required as well as ability to provide quality patient and family centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the CTO and Mental health act process as well as an understanding of, and a history of adherence to, the policies and procedures of AHS related to patient care delivery especially as it pertains to confidentiality and handling client information.
