Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of relevant post-secondary education (e.g. diploma/degree in office of business administration, public health, community health). Experience in scheduling. Experience in customer service including strong communication skills, especially soft skills. Willing and able to work independently and as part of a team. Possess strong organizational/multi-tasking skills. Strong soft skills. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in home care. Experience with public including seniors. Knowledge in Client and staff scheduling.
