Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of unit clerk or referral processing experience is required, ideally within surgical specialties. Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong skills in communication (written and oral), time management and problem solving. Must type at least 50 w.p.m. Accuracy and attention to detail essential. (Skills assessment will be required as part of the hiring process for qualified candidates).
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems and processes including Netcare / eReferral. Understanding path to care referral management timestamps T2-T5. Previous FAST experience.
