Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced education/courses: e.g. office of business administration, medical office assistant, advanced Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in excel. Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in a Administrative position. Minimum 3 years’ experience working with current computer applications and software applications is required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. High degree of customer service, both in-person and by phone/email, problem solving, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills are required. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction within a virtual team environment. Must be able to purposefully work with colleagues, partners and clients to achieve shared goals. Ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment and set priorities to meet deadlines, respond to urgent requests for information, and coordinate resolution of software programs or systems.
Preferred Qualifications:Advanced skills in Excel; experience working in virtual team environment; knowledge of Seniors Health programs; experience working to support multiple demanding departments; Connect Care training.
