Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Connect Care booking/scheduling experience. Previous experience with customer service focus in health care setting, self-directed learning, and strong interpersonal skills. Effective problem solver, strong collaboration and team skills, ability to multitask, and exceptional organizational and telephone etiquette skills. Proven ability to attend work regularly. Satisfactory criminal reference check is required.
Preferred Qualifications:MOA and/or Unit Clerk program including a practicum placement within a healthcare setting. 1 year experience providing administrative support in an ambulatory healthcare setting and booking/scheduling appointments in Connect Care.
