Your Opportunity:

This Administrative Support III position provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the zone, contributing to efficient operations and quality service delivery. Responsibilities include performing water administration duties, accurately entering and maintaining data in the Environmental Public Health Information System (EPHIS), preparing meeting minutes, and participating in the provincial call center. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, coordinating communication and documentation, and supporting program activities within the zone. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience with Environmental Public Health, including EPHIS database. Demonstrable proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 & Office programs including: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Self-directed and self-motivated. Awareness of organizational policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in virtual team settings.
