Your Opportunity:

As the administrative support in the Audiology Department your primary role will include referral entry, appointment scheduling, template building, phone reception, scanning entry and other administrative support tasks. This role could also involve some coverage of payroll duties and coverage in diagnostic imaging on an as-needed basis. Your role supports the work of Audiologists, therapy assistants and hearing screeners. Come be a part of a team that changes people's lives through improving their ability to hear. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Connect Care experience. Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years’ experience in a health care setting is preferable. Connect Care Ambulatory Unit Clerk and Ambulatory Advanced Schegistrar with Referrals Sub Role training. Previous experience completing payroll submissions is considered an asset. Previous experience working with individuals with hearing impairment is an asset. Training in DI Front Desk and previous experience in diagnostic imaging is an asset.
