Your Opportunity:

Recovery Alberta is looking for a welcoming, compassionate, and highly organized Administrative Professional to be the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Wood Buffalo Addiction & Mental Health Services office. In this role, you will create a supportive and respectful environment while managing a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll prepare agendas and materials for meetings, record and share accurate meeting minutes, coordinate scheduling and communication between team members, and provide efficient front desk reception services. Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other administrative tools, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a caring team are essential. This position supports both daytime and evening operations on a Monday - Friday rotation schedule, so flexibility to work evenings is important. Above all, you will maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction, helping our clients feel valued and respected from the moment they walk through our doors. Located within Fort McMurray which resides on Treaty 8 territory, and the beautiful lands of the Metis. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Fort McMurray Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $12,480. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a front desk or administrative role within a health care setting or the successful completion of a Medical Office Assistant course. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting an Addiction and Mental Health team as well as those with Connect Care training.
