Your Opportunity:

This is an Administrative Support III position within Recovery Alberta-Mental Health & Addiction, providing support to Street Connect, Assertive Outreach Services, Family Violence & Diversion and Police & Crisis Team (PACT). Performing duties that focus on booking client visits, contacting clients and community stakeholders for appointment reminders. This position performs the functions of general phones reception, preparing charts for clinic visits, time entry, minute taking and general administrative support. Must be able to perform complex duties, organize multiple demands with shifting priorities. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Fort McMurray Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $12480. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

2 years working in an administrative/reception position. Must be able to communicate effectively, written and verbal. Must be able to establish good interpersonal relationships. Proficient in all Microsoft office programs; Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

Able to work independently, but function as a team member. Able to organize and complete own work with emphasis on detail, accuracy and thoroughness. Demonstrates initiative to assist other with workload. Preference given to Mental Health & Addiction experience. Experience with Connect Care is considered an asset.
