Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
This position offers you the opportunity to learn and grow in the Imaging Records office within Diagnostic Imaging. This position plays a key role in helping to foster the team environment by facilitating communication between patients, families, other departments and performing duties which supports the Imaging Records team. Responsibilities will include supporting clinical trials and research imaging requests, release of information requests, working with various teams such as Medical Affairs, Legal, Cancer and AHS, supporting second opinions and RECIST management. This position requires independence and motivation, working under limited supervision.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:1-3 years of admin experience. Solid understanding of clinical information systems. Completion of a recognized Medical Office Assistant/Unit Clerk (or applicable variation) Medical terminology course. Records management experience. EPIC training. Working knowledge of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). Experience working with legacy RIS and Connect Care Admin experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
Preferred Qualifications:IT solution experience. Experience with image transfers and deidentification.
