Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
Operating the switchboard and directing/transferring calls. Over heading code calls to both GPRH and QEII as required in the site. Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Medical Terminology Certificate or equivalent (testing will be conducted). Fluent in written and spoken English language. Accurate and proficient keyboarding skills of a minimum of 40 wpm required (testing will be conducted). In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:This position requires a lot of sitting/stretching/twisting and reaching. Must have the physical ability to do so. High paced environment, ability to stay calm in sometimes stressful situations. Must be available for days and/or night shifts.
