Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and an ability to navigate resources within our city, the health care system and surrounding areas. Experience with receptionist and clerical duties in an administrative support position. Experience in word processing, spreadsheets and database programs and with data entry. Experience with time keeping and payroll documentation. Our successful candidate needs to be reliable, consistent and efficient. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, to receive and relay messages from physicians, staff and the public. Attention to detail is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Successful completion of post-secondary training at business school or secretarial college preferred, including Unit Clerk Qualification or Business Administration.
