Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

MOA certificate/Unit Clerk course. Experience booking patient visits required. Previous experience in an outpatient setting required. Experience with a multi phone line system required pleasant telephone manner. Experience working with Millennium, Clinibase required. Previous experience in medicine, surgery and/or ambulatory clinics is required. Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Recent hospital and/or clinic experience in a role that coordinates clinic visits and scheduling of procedures or tests. Typing skills 40-50 words/minimum. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills required. Manual dexterity and physically able to carry a weight of up to 15 lbs when required. Ability to sit and stand frequently during your shift. Ability to walk at least 3 km during shift.
