Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields. Advanced intermediate knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Visio, MS OneNote, MS Power Point, Connect Care are essential. Demonstrated competency in Timekeeping/Approval is required. 60 words per minute typing speed. At least five years’ experience providing customer service to vulnerable populations is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position has been identified and is anticipated to transition to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024.
