Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Office administration experience required. Highly developed organizational skills required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work in a busy clinic environment under minimal supervision. Skilled in computer use, must be detail oriented, and have good time management skills. The successful candidate must be organized, efficient, dependable, a quick learner and able to communicate well and problem solve. Attention to detail is a must. The successful applicant will require proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Med Access EMR. Experience with Connect Care, Netcare, and MedAccess software is desirable.
