Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Three to five years recent related administrative and reception experience – applicants may be asked to complete a skills test. Meditech training and experience. Advanced proficiency in various computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Hands on experience with office equipment (fax and printer). Must possess proven organizational, time management and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and cooperate with others. Ability to be self-directed and resourceful in managing unexpected issues. Candidates must be able to manage lifting up to 20lbs and extended sedentary periods as work for this position is phone/computer based.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Office Management and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Meditech both considered an asset.
