Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education in business administration or related field. 2 years of recent administrative professional including timekeeping (payroll) and budget tracking experience; experience in MS office including word, excel, PowerPoint, and Gantt Charts is required. Training or knowledge in iProcurement to support department with ordering and tracking purchases for building and equipment maintenance, in addition to tracking for budgeting purposes. Experience with multi-line phone systems. Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of technical trades and maintenance terminologies is an asset. Experience working within buildings, facilities or industrial settings is preferred. Training or knowledge in electronic databases as it relates to facility and/or service request work orders, including management and distribution of work orders (Demand Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance) is an asset.
