Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education (certificate or diploma) in office technology or administrative assistance/management. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a community office setting. Proficiency for virtual meetings and knowledge and application of Oracle (iProcurement). Experience with off-site storage of paper charts - Iron Mountain. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Advanced proficiency with document management including scanning documents as well as creating and editing PDFs (Adobe). Ability to lift 50lbs (i.e., boxes of paper & vaccine). Excellent communication skills; written and oral. Key Competencies: Creativity, innovation, enthusiasm, and respect. Resilience and flexibility, specifically the ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage and prioritize work effectively. Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills. Ability to deal with difficult issues in a sensitive and confidential manner. Self-directed and able to work under very little supervision as well as work effectively in a team environment. Able to maintain poise under pressure, be able to prioritize and organize work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive manner. Must have a proven record of maintaining privacy and confidentiality with sensitive information and situations. Proven ability to foster and promote teamwork, positive collaboration and partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of local geographical area, programs and community.
