Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and conflict de-escalation skills. Successful candidate must have a positive attitude, be a strong team player, a problem solver and be adaptable to change. Proficiency in various computer applications including word processing, email and internet access.
Preferred Qualifications:Successful completion of a post-secondary secretarial or administrative support certificate from a recognized business school/college is preferred. Two years recent secretarial/reception experience.
