Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and medical terminology. Able to work in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal and public relations skills. Advanced organizational skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Dedicated customer-focus and professional telephone etiquette. Willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and change in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a health care setting. Project development experience. Typing speed of 55 wpm+. Meditech/community wide scheduling expertise. Human Resources experience in recruitment and hiring of further team members. Experience with database development and preliminary data analysis.
