Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or recognized equivalent. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English. Computer knowledge using (Microsoft word, excel, office, outlook). Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a hospital/medical setting. Minimum 1 year experience using EPIC in an Ambulatory Clinic Setting. Completion of Connect Care Training - Basic Registration and Front Desk. Demonstrated organizational skills and competence in time-management. Adhere to AHC Code of Conduct & Patient Confidential Policies. Ability to work independently and multitask in an environment with frequent interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications:Medical Office Assistant certificate or Unit Clerk. Medical Terminology. Previous experience working in an Orthopedic setting. Knowledge of using Microsoft Sharepoint.
