Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate in a health related field, Health Services Administration or Business. Four to six years program management experience. Skills required – program management, time management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication (written and verbal), mathematical ability, computer literacy (solid competency with MS Office, spreadsheets and databases) is required. A broad understanding of a complex health care system as well as an overall understanding of AHS operational and HR processes.

As Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project management and process improvement skills are desired assets. Basic Financial/ Accounting knowledge is an asset as this position utilizes e-manager to complete both accruals and variance reporting. Familiarity with the personnel management systems, payment systems and conflict resolution is an asset.
