Your Opportunity:
Work with the Labour and delivery staff to ensure safe quality care in our triage, labour and operating rooms. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning and room preparation, stocking, preparing medical equipment for MDRD and movement of equipment. Please note: Classifications Under Review.

Description: The Unit Attendant (Labour & Delivery) is responsible for the movement of patients, supplies and materials throughout the hospital and maintaining a clean, safe and stocked environment for an assigned area. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.

Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience within a labour and delivery setting an asset. Housekeeping experience within a hospital settling preferred.
