Your Opportunity:
This position manages all aspects of the Acute Care Coverage Schedules including gaps management, schedule development, absences and new providers onboarding with payroll information. The successful incumbent will also update, manage and communicate Physician Call Schedules as well as complete monthly invoicing and extended stipend invoicing for physicians. Please note: Classifications Under Review.

The Secretary II provides advanced level administrative support. The Secretary II performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 2111 Collective Agreement.
