Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Microbiology within the last two (2) years or student practical training as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Microbiology within the last two (2) years. Proven interpersonal skills for dealing with people in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrates excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. A strong team player with ability to perform duties independently and with others. Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates good computer skills. Experience with Epic Beaker is an asset.
