Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous phlebotomy experience and ECG certification required. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a driver’s abstract acceptable to APL. Experience recognizing patients in distress and providing appropriate assistance. Experience with laboratory data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of two years of recent phlebotomy experience. ECG experience. Previous experience working in a Mobile Collections environment. Experience working with Connect Care and Mobile Collections Information System (MCIS). Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills. Strong commitment to professionalism and maintaining confidentiality. Training or courses in leadership, customer service, or change management.
