Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience in outpatient lab one patient flow process. Experience with EPIC. Proficiency in data entry. Recent and relevant experience and competency in phlebotomy techniques within the last year. Recent and relevant experience in RRL setting or an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity within the last 2 years. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Demonstrates excellent reliability, accuracy, productivity and quality of work in adherence to policies, procedures and performance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Research data entry and collection. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs. Courses or certificates in personal leadership development, conflict resolution or change management. Experience with neonatal skin puncture within the last year.
