Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience within the last year or recent training within 3 years in clinical laboratory required. Proven ability to work within a computer-based environment using Microsoft office suit including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. Knowledge of medical Laboratory Safety Practices.
Preferred Qualifications:Connect Care Epic training including Medical Laboratory Assistant with Result Entry. 2 years of experience as an MLA within a rural facility is preferred.
