Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Equivalencies may be considered. Cardiology training and experience including ECG's and Holter Monitors. All blood collection procedures including venipuncture, micro punctures, blood culture collection as well as collections on all patient ages including newborns, pediatrics and geriatrics. Urinalysis training including recent macro and micro urinalysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year's experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Familiar with Clinitek Advantus. Recent experience with Muse and Cardio day. Recent and relevant experience with Epic Beaker. Current registration with CSMLS. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Good organizational skills and ability to assume responsibility. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and promote teamwork.
