Completion of diploma from an accredited program in Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technology (CLXT). Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technologists (ACCLXT).

Certified by the Alberta Association of Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologists. Must be a member in good standing and current registration/eligible for registration with ACCLXT. Ability to work with people in a health care environment with professionalism and respect. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with a wide variety of people. Proven organizational, time management and sound decision-making skills required. Proven initiative and motivation required. Flexible, reliable and dependable. Computer skills required. Ability to access and proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Minimum of three years CLXT experience and preferably in a rural setting is desirable. This position may require frequent physical demands that include walking, standing, bending, lifting, and hand movements and extensive use of computers that may cause eye strain. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification preferred.
