Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in data entry. In-depth experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and Outlook. Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Community Scheduling Practices. Demonstrated knowledge of the current Collective Agreement. Experience Scheduling within a Collective Agreement. Experience / Familiarity with Staff Ready Scheduling Software.
