Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the AP Clinical Supervisor, the Administrative Support III position performs general administrative support and clerical duties. The responsibilities of this position include entering consults, performing send out activities, data entry, preparing various documents and reports, completing quality activities, assisting with case assembly and distribution, processing invoices and expense claims. Additionally completing a variety of administrative duties in support of a department or area including timekeeping, scheduling, managing calendars, preparing meeting materials and minutes, and coordinating meeting logistics. Other duties may be assigned as applicable.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft applications is an asset. Experience working as Admin support in a medical office setting is an asset. Experience in the use of EPIC - Beaker is an asset.
