Required Qualifications:

Degree in health care discipline or other related degree. Minimum of five years of relevant progressive clinical experience. Three years of progressive administrative or management experience.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven leadership and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with physicians, discipline leaders and other program leadership. Excellent communication and facilitation skills in multidisciplinary team environment. Demonstrated ability to work internal to the ACH, and confidence to represent the Medical Clinic voice within the community and provincial platforms (i.e.: Connect Care). Self-directed and highly motivated. Creative and adaptable. Ability to function effectively in dynamic situations. Demonstrated understanding of conflict resolution, change leadership and coaching for performance. Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with staff, physicians and program leadership. Ability to complete qualitative and quantitative analysis. Computer skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of or working on an advanced level degree preferred. Ambulatory Care experience preferred. Pediatric experience preferred.
