Required Qualifications:

Current and active enrolment in an accredited nursing education program leading to initial entry to practice as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. Completed a minimum of 450 hours of clinical practice in an accredited nursing education program. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be in 4th year nursing school. Previous clinical must have been in Acute medicine. Excellent assessment skills required. Excellent time management and communication required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Able to manage admissions/discharges and prioritize care needs for Acute Medical population. Must be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated proficiency with SCM and clinical documentation standards. Experience with a care hub and CoACT Current BCLS and N95 fit testing is required. The successful applicant will be receptive to and participate in unit and site change initiatives.
