Site Manager
Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Patient Care Manager for the Integrated Operation Center, the Site Manager is the sole onsite manager during non-regular business hours (evenings, nights, and weekends). This position has three main purposes: 1. Managing Emerging Issues-The primary and initial point of contact for a Zone Senior Leader Acute on Call or anyone needing to contact someone on the site in the event of an emerging issue for immediate assessment and coordination of the issue 2. Onsite Management for inscope staff- Provide resource management for the site to ensure efficient utilization of resources, both staff and bed allocation. The manager is a resource and support for inscope staff on site and would mitigate any patient or staff concerns related to the use of resources 3. Patient Flow Management - : The incumbent will work collaboratively with the bed planners to assist and lead the coordination of patient flow and ensure bed allocation and patient flow guidelines are followed throughout the RAH

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required. Current CRNA registration. Valid BLS healthcare CPR certification. Minimum of five years' experience in a complex acute care hospital setting. Minimum 3 years leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters prepared in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, Leadership, Business.
