Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting Enterprise level Messaging solutions. Technical and architectural knowledge of Exchange (Online/2016/2013). Solid understanding of Office 365 features. Experience with Enterprise class mail hygiene solutions, including Exchange Online Protection (EOP). Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development. Strong written and verbal communications skills.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of other cloud services, including Office 365 and Azure. Experience with PowerShell scripting for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution. ITIL v3 Foundation experience. Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging certification.
