Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in business administration, adult education, health care profession, or related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

This role provides project management and consulting expertise and is responsible for developing project charters, preparing business cases, and ensuring strong measurement and evaluation strategies exists. The SPM applies service design, change management and process improvement principles to projects/initiatives and uses various tools and models for tracking project/initiative management. The SPM is responsible for developing projects status reports that include project budgets. Projects may have complex interdependencies with other local or provincial or national initiatives. Work requires depth and breadth of knowledge and skill to deliver solutions that address health and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree in health services or business administration, or related field. Project management and/or quality improvement certification/designations are an asset, such as Project Management Professional, Lean, Six Sigma, or PROSCI
