Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in a health or science related field. Registration with applicable professional association or college where required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of research/evaluation experience in a university/hospital-based setting. Advanced experience in designing survey tools, conducting interviews and focus groups, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and report writing. Established experience in leading a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to solve problems and innovate services. Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a virtual/hybrid teams. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and Zoom. A demonstrated dedication to personal & professional self-development and the ability to be creative, flexible, self-directed, and dependable. Completion of a master's degree in a health-related field (e.g., clinical epidemiology, public health, or psychology).

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, nVivo. Self-directed with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple assignments. Knowledge of cancer prevention and modifiable risk factors. Knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention, public health theories, and best practice evidence related to cancer prevention. Training and or experience in quality improvement.
