Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 10 years’ of progressive benefits experience working in a multi-union, multi-employer plan environment and/or experience in a Human Resources environment. Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Experience working within a unionized organization. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, assess performance, and provide ongoing development. Experience administering flexible benefit and defined benefit plans. Capable of interpreting policies and plan documents to make decisions and recommendations Strong analytical, problem solving, and resolution skills. Strong influential skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR). Group Benefits Associate (GBA). Expertise in public sector HR administration, project management, business process improvement, or quality assurance is an asset.
