Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a health discipline. Current registration with a health professional association required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years clinical experience and/or broad knowledge of frailty and person-centred elder care required (e.g. knowledge of Supportive Pathways, Gentle Persuasive Approach or PIECES education curriculum). Excellence in large group facilitation, interpersonal and written communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a health care specialty. Certification in a gerontology practice area and continuing education approaches. Prosci Certification. Skills in application of quality improvement-knowledge translation processes. Leadership experience in a high performing site.
