Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with Physiotherapy Alberta College + Association.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Eligibility for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association required. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required for this position. Computer skills including MS Office expected. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and collaborative skills required. Proven ability to organize and manage caseloads in multiple services streams simultaneously required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two (2) years’ experience in Long Term Care, Home Care and Outpatient setting in a rural community. Two (2) years’ experience in a clinical leadership position. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships within a multi-disciplinary team. Previous training in, Meditech, Care Manager and e-Doc preferred. Working knowledge of Continuing Care Health Service Standards an asset. Current AADL Authorizer preferred.
