Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A strong clinical background in Occupation Therapy. Current successful completion of Healthcare Provider CPR program is required. Previous experience working with a multidisciplinary team. Intermediate level of computer skills required. Able to perform all assigned duties in accordance with related legislation. Handling, moving and lifting heavy or awkward equipment and/or individuals is required. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills, high level of independence and decision-making ability, as well as integrity for working with confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of recent experience in Community Health Setting is preferred. Previous community related experience is an asset.
