Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of operational experience in supporting Citrix Xenapp/XenDesktop 6.5, 7.6 or higher or other Application Virtualization platforms. Minimum 3 years technical knowledge of system implementation following industry standards for relevant technologies. Minimum 5 years technical knowledge installing operating systems, third party software installation, upgrades and maintenance. Minimum 5 years troubleshooting software/application issues with operating systems or third party products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with Microsoft AppV, AD and GPO. Citrix and/or Microsoft related IT certification. Experience with ControlUp monitoring or Imprivata software is desired. Experience automating the environment leveraging batch scripts, PowerShell, JavaScript or other relevant technologies. Experience in a large and complex IT environment.
