Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ support experience in supporting Cority (formerly Medgate) (Workforce Health & Safety) application for medium to large user base. Must have good understanding of different layers of Medgate application architecture with multiple years of experience as administrator along with in-depth understanding of Reporting tool. Working knowledge in application monitoring and alerting tools such as Dynatrace. Cority application security planning, design and configuration experience should include User Profiles & Preferences, Static & Dynamic Roles, Functional and Primary Permission Lists, Query & Department Trees, Process Profiles and Definition Security. Be part of on-call support team. Problem troubleshooting & reporting, proactive monitoring and Resolution of complex enterprise wide problems independently or through other teams - AHS Network with minimal or no guidance, by applying broad perspective and best practices to identify innovative solutions. Proficient in writing complex/optimal SQL’s on SQL-Server for managing and/or troubleshooting Complex application problems from back-end. Proficient with Windows platform, MS-Office, Visio and MS-Project. Proven ability to multi-task and support multiple applications. Proven ability to mentor, train and support team members. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, documentation and organizational skills. Ability to set & meet personal deadlines and adapt to changes in priority.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Cority (formerly Medgate) application support and application upgrades. In-depth knowledge of SQL-Server platform. Proficient in SDLC and ITIL methodologies. Experience in Change Management systems such as VSM/vFire, JIRA, PHIRE etc.
