Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Successful completion of a Computing Science program from a recognized institution, or related job experience required. Sound knowledge of PC software, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Active Directory, and PC configurations. Proficient keyboarding skills. Team management experience. 3+ years experience in a Support Desk environment. Customer service focus and strong communication skills. Superior problem-solving and decision making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous health care experience. A+ or similar certification preferred. ITIL Foundation. Experience with VMware Service Manager (VSM). Experience with LANdesk management Suite. Experience with Contact Center phone system. Experience with SharePoint.
