Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work or Psychology. Must be eligible for professional registration and licensed to provide psychosocial intervention. 3-5 years of recent experience in community mental health and/or acute child psychiatric setting required. Must have strong assessment, formulation and treatment skills. Must be able to effectively case manage and provide service within a brief, episodic model of care. Must be committed to Family Centred Care. Must be able to work as a member of a team as well as independently. Must have demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must have intermediate computer skills. Must be able to take initiative and demonstrate reliability and flexibility. Experience working with health partnership initiatives, multicultural groups and program development. Strong ability to work with a team and contribute positively to change is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a Primary Care Network an asset.
