Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in an information management, administrative, planning, analytic, evaluation, quality improvement or clinical role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is required (healthcare experience an asset). A demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may also be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

In addition, the incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Significant experience leading senior-level teams, expert level analysis, and developing complex reports to disseminate results. Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence decision-making through the synthesis and interpretation of data. Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and managing competing timelines. Ability to handle complex issues and difficult situations. Proven abilities in negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution, and project management are required. Experience in developing strong working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with senior leaders by presenting detailed plans, complex analyses, methods and findings in business- and user-friendly language which clearly and intuitively inform recommendations for improvement Ability to deal with highly complex or sensitive issues in a professional manner. Skill in balancing diverse and occasionally conflicting stakeholder interests.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree preferred in business or health administration, quantitative methods, analytics, or a related discipline. Any of all of health services planning and evaluation, program management, systems analysis or project management methodology training would be an asset.
