Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in a Health Discipline, Science or related is required. The successful candidate will have previous research experience with knowledge of the stages and aspects of research; with knowledge of qualitative/quantitative research methods being essential. Consideration will be given to appropriate combinations of education and experience. Computer proficiency using MS Office applications and statistical analysis programs is vital. Candidates must have excellent writing and presentation skills and a willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of several related fields of research and data analysis. Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills are requisite.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3-5 years experience working within a healthcare organization or quality-related organization. Clinical and Research experience is a requirement. 2-3 years experience in health informatics. 2-3 years experience in research project management. 2-3 years experience in data analysis. 2-3 years experience in information technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree or PHD.
