Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare field. Minimum of 5 years of recent diverse (acute / community) clinical and/or managerial healthcare experience. Experience and skills in group facilitation techniques. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team building skills. Ability to research, monitor, and analyze data for use in decision making and recommendations. Previous experience working within an environment supporting best practice relating to demand capacity efficiencies and processes. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Must be able to work in multiple work settings (acute care site, administrative sites, rural sites). Travel will be required. Proficiency with computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Visio experience is an asset.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing environments, expectations and competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and facilitate change utilizing change management methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in clinical field, business, or healthcare administration preferred. Alberta Improvement Way and IHI Open School training an asset.
